1No décimo céu, Aravoth, vi como era a face do Senhor, como o ferro que arde no fogo.

1In the tenth heaven, Aravoth, I saw how the face of the Lord was, like iron burning in fire.

2Assim vi a face do Senhor, mas a face do Senhor é inefável, maravilhosa e muito sublime e muito terrível.

2Thus I saw the face of the Lord, but the face of the Lord is ineffable, wonderful and very sublime and very terrible.

3E devo inclinar-me e reverenciar o Senhor, e o Senhor com seus lábios, disse-me:

3And I must bow and reverence the Lord, and the Lord with his lips said to me:

4'Tem coragem, Enoque não temas, levanta-te diante de minha face na eternidade.'

4'Have courage, Enoch, do not fear, arise before my face in eternity.'

5E o arquigeneral Miguel levantou-se e conduziu-me diante da face do Senhor.
