1E Ele respondeu e disse-me: “Esta é a interpretação da visão que tens visto.

2Como você viu a grande floresta cercada por montanhas altas e íngremes, esta é a palavra.

2As thou hast seen the great forest which lofty and precipitous mountains surrounded, this is the word.

3Contemplar! chegarão os dias e será destruído este reino que uma vez destruiu Sião, e será sujeito ao que virá depois dele.

3Behold! the days come, and this kingdom will be destroyed which once destroyed Zion, and it will be subjected to that which comes after it.

4Além disso, que também depois de um tempo será destruído, e outro, um terceiro, surgirá, e que também terá domínio por seu tempo, e será destruído.

4Moreover, that also again after a time will be destroyed, and another, a third, will arise, and that also will have dominion for its time, and will be destroyed.

5E depois destas coisas surgirá um quarto reino, cujo poder será duro e maligno muito além daqueles que existiram antes dele, e governará muitas vezes como as florestas na planície, e manterá firme os tempos, e se exaltará mais do que os cedros do Líbano.

5And after these things a fourth kingdom will arise, whose power will be harsh and evil far beyond those which were before it, and it will rule many times as the forests on the plain, and it will hold fast the times, and will exalt itself more than the cedars of Lebanon.

6E por meio dele a verdade será escondida, e todos aqueles que estão poluídos pela iniquidade fugirão para ele, como as feras malignas fogem e rastejam para a floresta.

6And by it the truth will be hidden, and all those who are polluted with iniquity will flee to it, as evil beasts flee and creep into the forest.

7E acontecerá quando se aproximar o tempo de sua consumação em que ele cairá, então o principado do Meu Messias será revelado, que é como a fonte e a videira, e quando for revelado, erradicará a multidão de seu exército.
