1Nesses dias os reis, os poderosos e os que dominam a terra suplicarão aos anjos do castigo, a quem terá sido entregues, para que lhes dêem um pouco de descanso, e possam prostrar-se ante o Senhor dos espíritos, adorá-lo e reconhecer seus pecados ante Ele.

1In those days Noah saw that the earth was bent down, and that destruction was near.

2Benzerão e elogiarão ao Senhor dos espíritos e dirão: Bendito é o Senhor dos espíritos, Senhor de reis, Senhor dos poderosos, Senhor dos ricos, Senhor de glória, Senhor de sabedoria;

2Then he lifted up his feet from there, and went to the ends of the earth, to the dwelling of his great grandfather Enoch.

3Sobre todas as coisas secretas é esplendoroso seu poder de geração em geração e sua glória pelos séculos dos séculos; profundos e inumeráveis são seus mistérios e incomensurável é sua justiça.

6A commandment has gone forth from the Lord against those who dwell on the earth, that their end may be, for they know every secret of the angels, and every oppression of the devils, and all their secret power, and the power of those who commit sorcery, and the power of binding, and the power of those who pour forth molten images over all the earth.

7Porque ante Ele não acreditamos nem elogiamos o nome do Senhor dos espíritos e em troca nossas esperanças estiveram no cetro de nosso reinado e em nossa glória.

7They know how silver is produced from the dust of the earth, and how the drop increases under the earth, for lead and tin are not produced from the earth, as if that were the first fountain from which they are produced.

8Assim, o dia de nosso sofrimento e tribulação Ele não nos salvou e não encontramos trégua para confessar que nosso Senhor é veraz em todas suas obras e sua justiça e que em seu julgamento não faz acepção de pessoas.

8There is an angel stands thereon, and that angel comes forth.

9Desaparecemos de sua presença por causa de nossas obras e todos nossos pecados foram contabilizados justamente.

9Afterwards my great-grandfather Enoch held me with his hand, and said, Go, for I have asked the Lord of spirits concerning this disturbance of the earth; and he said to me on account of their wickedness, innumerable judgments have been consummated before me; they have enquired of me concerning the moons, and they know that the earth with those who dwell upon it shall perish, and for these there will be no refuge for ever.

10Depois eles se dirão: Nossas almas estão cheias de riquezas injustas mas elas não nos preservam de descender no meio do peso da morte.

10They have disclosed secrets, and they are those who have been judged, but not thou my son, for the Lord of spirits knows that thou art pure and good, free from the blame of disclosing secrets.

11Logo, seus rostos estarão cheios de escuridão e de vergonha ante o Filho do Homem, serão expulsos de sua presença e a espada permanecerá frente a suas caras.

11He the Holy One has established thy name in the midst of the saints, and will save thee from those who dwell on the earth, and he has established thy seed in righteousness to a king and great glory, and from thy seed shall go forth a spring of righteous and holy men without number for ever.

12Então disse o Senhor dos espíritos: Tal é a sentença e o julgamento com respeito aos poderosos, os reis, os dignitários e aqueles que dominaram a terra frente ao Senhor dos espíritos.
