1Nesses dias a terra devolverá o que foi depositado nela; o sheol também devolverá o que recebeu e os infernos devolverão o que devem.

1There my eyes saw a deep valley, and its entrance was wide.

2Pelos mesmos dias o Eleito se levantará

2All who dwell on the land, on the sea, and in islands shall bring to it presents, gifts, and offerings, yet that deep valley shall not be full, their hands shall commit wickedness, for all which they bring forth by labour, the sinners shall devour with crime, but they shall perish from the face of the Lord of spirits and from the surface of his earth, for the righteous shall stand up, and shall not fail for ever and ever.

3e de entre eles selecionará aos justos e aos Santos, porque se aproxima o dia em que serão salvos.

3And I saw the angels of punishment, who dwelt there, and prepared every instrument of Satan.

4O Eleito se sentará em meu trono nesses dias e de sua boca fluirão todos os mistérios da sabedoria e conselho, porque o Senhor dos espíritos o concedeu e o glorificou.

4Then I enquired of the angel of peace, who went with me, for whom these instruments were prepared,

5Nesses dias as montanhas se moverão como aríetes e as colinas saltarão como cordeiros que tomaram leite até ficar satisfeitos; os rostos dos anjos do céu brilharão alegremente; a terra se regozijará, os justos a habitarão e os escolhidos se passearão por ela.

5He said they were prepared for the kings and mighty of the earth, that by these they may perish.

6After this the righteous and chosen house of his congregation shall appear henceforth unchangeable in the name of the Lord of spirits;

7And these mountains shall not be in his presence as the earth, the hills, and the fountains of water, and the righteous shall be free from the molestation of sinners.
