1 Crônicas 9

1E todo o Israel foi contado por genealogias, que estão escritas no livro dos reis de Israel; e os de Judá foram transportados a Babilônia, por causa da sua transgressão.

1So all Israel were reckoned by genealogies; and, behold, they {were} written in the book of the kings of Israel and Judah, {who} were carried away to Babylon for their transgression.

2E os primeiros habitantes, que moravam na sua possessão e nas suas cidades, foram os israelitas, os sacerdotes, os levitas, e os netineus.

2Now the first inhabitants that {dwelt} in their possessions in their cities {were}, the Israelites, the priests, Levites, and the Nethinims.

3Porém alguns dos filhos de Judá, e dos filhos de Benjamim, e dos filhos de Efraim e Manassés, habitaram em Jerusalém:

3And in Jerusalem dwelt of the children of Judah, and of the children of Benjamin, and of the children of Ephraim, and Manasseh;

4Utai, filho de Amiúde, filho de Onri, filho de Inri, filho de Bani, dos filhos de Perez, filho de Judá;

4Uthai the son of Ammihud, the son of Omri, the son of Imri, the son of Bani, of the children of Pharez the son of Judah.

5E dos silonitas: Asaías o primogênito, e seus filhos;

5And of the Shilonites; Asaiah the firstborn, and his sons.

6E dos filhos de Zerá: Jeuel, e seus irmãos, seiscentos e noventa;

6And of the sons of Zerah; Jeuel, and their brethren, six hundred and ninety.

7E dos filhos de Benjamim: Salu, filho de Mesulão, filho de Hodavias, filho de Hassenua,

7And of the sons of Benjamin; Sallu the son of Meshullam, the son of Hodaviah, the son of Hasenuah,

8E Ibnéias, filho de Jeroão, e Elá, filho de Uzi, filho de Micri, e Mesulão, filho de Sefatias, filho de Reuel, filho de Ibnijas;

8And Ibneiah the son of Jeroham, and Elah the son of Uzzi, the son of Michri, and Meshullam the son of Shephathiah, the son of Reuel, the son of Ibnijah;

9E seus irmãos, segundo as suas gerações, novecentos e cinqüenta e seis; todos estes homens foram chefes dos pais nas casas de seus pais.

9And their brethren, according to their generations, nine hundred and fifty and six. All these men {were} chief of the fathers in the house of their fathers.

10E dos sacerdotes: Jedaías, e Jeoiaribe, e Jaquim,

10And of the priests; Jedaiah, and Jehoiarib, and Jachin,

11E Azarias, filho de Hilquias, filho de Mesulão, filho de Zadoque, filho de Meraiote, filho de Aitube, maioral da casa de Deus;

11And Azariah the son of Hilkiah, the son of Meshullam, the son of Zadok, the son of Meraioth, the son of Ahitub, the ruler of the house of God; {Azariah: also called, Seraiah}

12Adaías, filho de Jeroão, filho de Pasur, filho de Malquias, e Masai, filho de Adiel, filho de Jazera, filho de Mesulão, filho de Mesilemite, filho de Imer;

12And Adaiah the son of Jeroham, the son of Pashur, the son of Malchijah, and Maasiai the son of Adiel, the son of Jahzerah, the son of Meshullam, the son of Meshillemith, the son of Immer;

13Como também seus irmãos, cabeças nas casas de seus pais, mil, setecentos e sessenta, homens valentes para a obra do ministério da casa de Deus.

13And their brethren, heads of the house of their fathers, a thousand and seven hundred and threescore; very able men for the work of the service of the house of God. {very...: Heb. mighty men of valour}

14E dos levitas: Semaías, filho de Hassube, filho de Azricão, filho de Hasabias, dos filhos de Merari;

14And of the Levites; Shemaiah the son of Hasshub, the son of Azrikam, the son of Hashabiah, of the sons of Merari;

15E Baquebacar, Heres e Galal; e Matanias, filho de Mica, filho de Zicri, filho de Asafe;

15And Bakbakkar, Heresh, and Galal, and Mattaniah the son of Micah, the son of Zichri, the son of Asaph;

16E Obadias, filho de Semaías, filho de Galal, filho de Jedutum; e Berequias, filho de Asa, filho de Elcana, morador das aldeias dos netofatitas.

16And Obadiah the son of Shemaiah, the son of Galal, the son of Jeduthun, and Berechiah the son of Asa, the son of Elkanah, that dwelt in the villages of the Netophathites.

17E foram porteiros: Salum, Acube, Talmom, Aimã, e seus irmãos, cujo chefe era Salum.

17And the porters {were}, Shallum, and Akkub, and Talmon, and Ahiman, and their brethren: Shallum {was} the chief;

18E até aquele tempo estavam de guarda à porta do rei, do lado do oriente; estes foram os porteiros dos arraiais dos filhos de Levi.

18Who hitherto {waited} in the king's gate eastward: they {were} porters in the companies of the children of Levi.

19E Salum, filho de Coré, filho de Ebiasafe, filho de Corá, e seus irmãos da casa de seu pai, os coraítas, tinham cargo da obra do ministério, e eram guardas das portas do tabernáculo, como seus pais foram responsáveis pelo arraial do Senhor, e guardas da entrada.

19And Shallum the son of Kore, the son of Ebiasaph, the son of Korah, and his brethren, of the house of his father, the Korahites, {were} over the work of the service, keepers of the gates of the tabernacle: and their fathers, {being} over the host of the LORD, {were} keepers of the entry. {gates: Heb. thresholds}

20Finéias, filho de Eleazar, antes era líder entre eles; e o Senhor era com ele.

20And Phinehas the son of Eleazar was the ruler over them in time past, {and} the LORD {was} with him.

21E Zacarias, filho de Meselemias, porteiro da entrada da tenda da congregação.

21{And} Zechariah the son of Meshelemiah {was} porter of the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.

22Todos estes, escolhidos para serem guardas das portas, foram duzentos e doze; e foram estes, segundo as suas aldeias, postos em suas genealogias; e Davi e Samuel, o vidente, os constituíram nos seus respectivos cargos.

22All these {which were} chosen to be porters in the gates {were} two hundred and twelve. These were reckoned by their genealogy in their villages, whom David and Samuel the seer did ordain in their set office. {did...: Heb. founded} {set...: or, trust}

23Estavam, pois, eles, e seus filhos, às portas da casa do Senhor, na casa da tenda, junto aos guardas,

23So they and their children {had} the oversight of the gates of the house of the LORD, {namely}, the house of the tabernacle, by wards.

24Os porteiros estavam aos quatro lados; ao oriente, ao ocidente, ao norte, e ao sul.

24In four quarters were the porters, toward the east, west, north, and south.

25E seus irmãos, que estavam nas suas aldeias, deviam, de tempo em tempo, vir por sete dias para servirem com eles.

25And their brethren, {which were} in their villages, {were} to come after seven days from time to time with them.

26Porque havia naquele ofício quatro porteiros principais que eram levitas, e tinham o encargo das câmaras e dos tesouros da casa de Deus.

26For these Levites, the four chief porters, were in {their} set office, and were over the chambers and treasuries of the house of God. {set...: or, trust} {chambers: or, storehouses}

27E de noite ficavam em redor da casa de Deus, cuja guarda lhes tinha sido confiada, e tinham o encargo de abri-la cada manhã.

27And they lodged round about the house of God, because the charge {was} upon them, and the opening thereof every morning {pertained} to them.

28E alguns deles estavam encarregados dos utensílios do ministério, porque por conta os traziam e por conta os tiravam.

28And {certain} of them had the charge of the ministering vessels, that they should bring them in and out by tale. {bring...: Heb. bring them in by tale, and carry them out by tale}

29Porque deles havia alguns que tinham o encargo dos objetos e de todos os utensílios do santuário; como também da flor de farinha, do vinho, do azeite, do incenso, e das especiarias.

29{Some} of them also {were} appointed to oversee the vessels, and all the instruments of the sanctuary, and the fine flour, and the wine, and the oil, and the frankincense, and the spices. {instruments: or, vessels}

30E alguns dos filhos dos sacerdotes eram os obreiros da confecção das especiarias.

30And {some} of the sons of the priests made the ointment of the spices.

31E Matitias, dentre os levitas, o primogênito de Salum, o coraíta, tinha o encargo da obra que se fazia em sertãs.

31And Mattithiah, {one} of the Levites, who {was} the firstborn of Shallum the Korahite, had the set office over the things that were made in the pans. {set...: or, trust} {in...: or, on flat plates, or, slices}

32E alguns dos seus irmãos, dos filhos dos coatitas, tinham o encargo de preparar os pães da proposição para todos os sábados.

32And {other} of their brethren, of the sons of the Kohathites, {were} over the shewbread, to prepare {it} every sabbath. {shewbread: Heb. bread of ordering}

33Destes foram também os cantores, chefes dos pais entre os levitas, habitando nas câmaras, isentos de serviços; porque de dia e de noite estava a seu cargo ocuparem-se naquela obra.

33And these {are} the singers, chief of the fathers of the Levites, {who remaining} in the chambers {were} free: for they were employed in {that} work day and night. {they...: Heb. upon them}

34Estes foram cabeças dos pais entre os levitas, chefes em suas gerações; estes habitaram em Jerusalém.

34These chief fathers of the Levites {were} chief throughout their generations; these dwelt at Jerusalem.

35Porém em Gibeão habitaram Jeiel, pai de Gibeão (e era o nome de sua mulher Maaca).

35And in Gibeon dwelt the father of Gibeon, Jehiel, whose wife's name {was} Maachah:

36E seu filho primogênito Abdom; depois Zur, Quis, Baal, Ner e Nadabe,

36And his firstborn son Abdon, then Zur, and Kish, and Baal, and Ner, and Nadab,

37E Gedor, Aiô, Zacarias e Miclote.

37And Gedor, and Ahio, and Zechariah, and Mikloth.

38Miclote gerou a Simeão; e também estes habitaram em Jerusalém, defronte de seus irmãos, com eles.

38And Mikloth begat Shimeam. And they also dwelt with their brethren at Jerusalem, over against their brethren.

39E Ner gerou a Quis; e Quis gerou a Saul, Saul gerou a Jônatas, a Malquisua, a Abinadabe e a Esbaal.

39And Ner begat Kish; and Kish begat Saul; and Saul begat Jonathan, and Malchishua, and Abinadab, and Eshbaal.

40E o filho de Jônatas foi Meribe-Baal, e Meribe-Baal gerou a Mica.

40And the son of Jonathan {was} Meribbaal: and Meribbaal begat Micah.

41E os filhos de Mica foram: Pitom, Meleque e Taréia.

41And the sons of Micah {were}, Pithon, and Melech, and Tahrea, {and Ahaz}.

42E Acaz gerou a Jaerá, e Jaerá gerou a Alemete, a Azmavete e a Zinri; e Zinri gerou a Moza.

42And Ahaz begat Jarah; and Jarah begat Alemeth, and Azmaveth, and Zimri; and Zimri begat Moza;

43E Moza gerou a Bineá, cujo filho foi Refaías, de quem foi filho Eleasá, cujo filho foi Azel.

43And Moza begat Binea; and Rephaiah his son, Eleasah his son, Azel his son.

44E teve Azel seis filhos, e estes foram os seus nomes: Azricão, Bocru, Ismael, Searias, Obadias e Hanã; estes foram os filhos de Azel.

44And Azel had six sons, whose names {are} these, Azrikam, Bocheru, and Ishmael, and Sheariah, and Obadiah, and Hanan: these {were} the sons of Azel.
