1Os filhos de Levi foram: Gérson, Coate e Merari,

1The sons of Levi; Gershon, Kohath, and Merari. {Gershon: or, Gershom}

2E os filhos de Coate: Anrão, e Izar, e Hebrom, e Uziel.

2And the sons of Kohath; Amram, Izhar, and Hebron, and Uzziel.

3E os filhos de Anrão: Arão, Moisés, e Miriã; e os filhos de Arão: Nadabe, Abiú, Eleazar, e Itamar.

3And the children of Amram; Aaron, and Moses, and Miriam. The sons also of Aaron; Nadab, and Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.

4E Eleazar gerou a Finéias, e Finéias gerou a Abisua,

4Eleazar begat Phinehas, Phinehas begat Abishua,

5E Abisua gerou a Buqui, e Buqui gerou a Uzi,

5And Abishua begat Bukki, and Bukki begat Uzzi,

6E Uzi gerou a Zeraías, e Zeraías gerou a Meraiote.

6And Uzzi begat Zerahiah, and Zerahiah begat Meraioth,

7E Meraiote gerou a Amarias, e Amarias gerou a Aitube.

7Meraioth begat Amariah, and Amariah begat Ahitub,

8E Aitube gerou a Zadoque, e Zadoque gerou a Aimaás,

8And Ahitub begat Zadok, and Zadok begat Ahimaaz,

9E Aimaás gerou a Azarias, e Azarias gerou a Joanã,

9And Ahimaaz begat Azariah, and Azariah begat Johanan,

10E Joanã gerou a Azarias; e este é o que exerceu o sacerdócio na casa que Salomão tinha edificado em Jerusalém.

10And Johanan begat Azariah, (he {it is} that executed the priest's office in the temple that Solomon built in Jerusalem:) {in the temple: Heb. in the house}

11E Azarias gerou a Amarias, e Amarias gerou a Aitube,

11And Azariah begat Amariah, and Amariah begat Ahitub,

12E Aitube gerou a Zadoque, e Zadoque gerou a Salum,

12And Ahitub begat Zadok, and Zadok begat Shallum, {Shallum: or, Meshullam}

13E Salum gerou a Hilquias, e Hilquias gerou a Azarias,

13And Shallum begat Hilkiah, and Hilkiah begat Azariah,

14E Azarias gerou a Seraías, e Seraías gerou a Jeozadaque,

14And Azariah begat Seraiah, and Seraiah begat Jehozadak,

15E Jeozadaque foi levado cativo quando o Senhor levou presos a Judá e a Jerusalém pela mão de Nabucodonosor.

15And Jehozadak went {into captivity}, when the LORD carried away Judah and Jerusalem by the hand of Nebuchadnezzar.

16Os filhos de Levi foram, pois, Gérson, Coate, e Merari.

16The sons of Levi; Gershom, Kohath, and Merari. {Gershom: or, Gershon}

17E estes são os nomes dos filhos de Gérson: Libni e Simei.

17And these {be} the names of the sons of Gershom; Libni, and Shimei.

18E os filhos de Coate: Anrão, Izar, Hebrom, e Uziel.

18And the sons of Kohath {were}, Amram, and Izhar, and Hebron, and Uzziel.

19Os filhos de Merari: Mali e Musi; estas são as famílias dos levitas, segundo seus pais.

19The sons of Merari; Mahli, and Mushi. And these {are} the families of the Levites according to their fathers.

20De Gérson: Libni, seu filho; Jaate, seu filho; Zima, seu filho;

20Of Gershom; Libni his son, Jahath his son, Zimmah his son,

21Joá, seu filho; Ido, seu filho; Zerá, seu filho; Jeatarai, seu filho.

21Joah his son, Iddo his son, Zerah his son, Jeaterai his son. {Joah: or, Ethan} {Iddo: or, Adaiah} {Jeaterai: also called, Ethni}

22Os filhos de Coate foram: Aminadabe, seu filho; Coré, seu filho; Assir, seu filho;

22The sons of Kohath; Amminadab his son, Korah his son, Assir his son, {Amminadab: or, Izhar}

23Elcana, seu filho; Ebiasafe, seu filho; Assir, seu filho;

23Elkanah his son, and Ebiasaph his son, and Assir his son,

24Taate, seu filho; Uriel, seu filho; Uzias, seu filho; e Saul, seu filho.

24Tahath his son, Uriel his son, Uzziah his son, and Shaul his son.

25E os filhos de Elcana: Amasai e Aimote.

25And the sons of Elkanah; Amasai, and Ahimoth.

26Quanto a Elcana: os filhos de Elcana foram Zofai, seu filho; e seu filho Naate.

26{As for} Elkanah: the sons of Elkanah; Zophai his son, and Nahath his son, {Zophai: or, Zuph}

27Seu filho Eliabe, seu filho Jeroão, seu filho Elcana.

27Eliab his son, Jeroham his son, Elkanah his son.

28E os filhos de Samuel: Joel, seu primogênito, e o segundo Abias.

28And the sons of Samuel; the firstborn Vashni, and Abiah. {Vashni: called also Joel}

29Os filhos de Merari: Mali, seu filho Libni, seu filho Simei, seu filho Uzá.

29The sons of Merari; Mahli, Libni his son, Shimei his son, Uzza his son,

30Seu filho Siméia, seu filho Hagias, seu filho Asaías.

30Shimea his son, Haggiah his son, Asaiah his son.

31Estes são, pois, os que Davi constituiu para o ofício do canto na casa do Senhor, depois que a arca teve repouso.

31And these {are they} whom David set over the service of song in the house of the LORD, after that the ark had rest.

32E ministravam diante do tabernáculo da tenda da congregação com cantares, até que Salomão edificou a casa do Senhor em Jerusalém; e estiveram, segundo o seu costume, no seu ministério.

32And they ministered before the dwelling place of the tabernacle of the congregation with singing, until Solomon had built the house of the LORD in Jerusalem: and {then} they waited on their office according to their order.

33Estes são, pois, os que ali estavam com seus filhos: dos filhos dos coatitas, Hemã, o cantor, filho de Joel, filho de Samuel,

33And these {are} they that waited with their children. Of the sons of the Kohathites: Heman a singer, the son of Joel, the son of Shemuel, {waited: Heb. stood}

34Filho de Elcana, filho de Jeroão, filho de Eliel, filho de Toá,

34The son of Elkanah, the son of Jeroham, the son of Eliel, the son of Toah,

35Filho de Zufe, filho de Elcana, filho de Maate, filho de Amasai,

35The son of Zuph, the son of Elkanah, the son of Mahath, the son of Amasai,

36Filho de Elcana, filho de Joel, filho de Azarias, filho de Sofonias.

36The son of Elkanah, the son of Joel, the son of Azariah, the son of Zephaniah,

37Filho de Taate, filho de Assir, filho de Ebiasafe, filho de Coré,

37The son of Tahath, the son of Assir, the son of Ebiasaph, the son of Korah,

38Filho de Isar, filho de Coate, filho de Levi, filho de Israel.

38The son of Izhar, the son of Kohath, the son of Levi, the son of Israel.

39E seu irmão Asafe estava à sua direita; e era Asafe filho de Berequias, filho de Siméia,

39And his brother Asaph, who stood on his right hand, {even} Asaph the son of Berachiah, the son of Shimea,

40Filho de Micael, filho de Baaséias, filho de Malquias,

40The son of Michael, the son of Baaseiah, the son of Malchiah,

41Filho de Etni, filho de Zerá, filho de Adaías,

41The son of Ethni, the son of Zerah, the son of Adaiah,

42Filho de Etã, filho de Zima, filho de Simei,

42The son of Ethan, the son of Zimmah, the son of Shimei,

43Filho de Jaate, filho de Gérson, filho de Levi.

43The son of Jahath, the son of Gershom, the son of Levi.

44E seus irmãos, os filhos de Merari, estavam à esquerda; a saber: Etã, filho de Quisi, filho de Abdi, filho de Maluque,

44And their brethren the sons of Merari {stood} on the left hand: Ethan the son of Kishi, the son of Abdi, the son of Malluch, {Kishi: or, Kushaiah}

45Filho de Hasabias, filho de Amazias, filho de Hilquias,

45The son of Hashabiah, the son of Amaziah, the son of Hilkiah,

46Filho de Anzi, filho de Bani, filho de Semer,

46The son of Amzi, the son of Bani, the son of Shamer,

47Filho de Mali, filho de Musi, filho de Merari, filho de Levi.

47The son of Mahli, the son of Mushi, the son of Merari, the son of Levi.

48E seus irmãos, os levitas, foram postos para todo o ministério do tabernáculo da casa de Deus.

48Their brethren also the Levites {were} appointed unto all manner of service of the tabernacle of the house of God.

49E Arão e seus filhos ofereceram sobre o altar do holocausto e sobre o altar do incenso, por todo o serviço do lugar santíssimo, e para fazer expiação por Israel, conforme tudo quanto Moisés, servo de Deus, tinha ordenado.

49But Aaron and his sons offered upon the altar of the burnt offering, and on the altar of incense, {and were appointed} for all the work of the {place} most holy, and to make an atonement for Israel, according to all that Moses the servant of God had commanded.

50E estes foram os filhos de Arão: seu filho Eleazar, seu filho Finéias, seu filho Abisua.

50And these {are} the sons of Aaron; Eleazar his son, Phinehas his son, Abishua his son,

51Seu filho Buqui, seu filho Uzi, seu filho Seraías,

51Bukki his son, Uzzi his son, Zerahiah his son,

52Seu filho Meraiote, seu filho Amarias, seu filho Aitube,

52Meraioth his son, Amariah his son, Ahitub his son,

53Seu filho Zadoque, seu filho Aimaás.

53Zadok his son, Ahimaaz his son.

54E estas foram as suas habitações, segundo os seus acampamentos, nos seus termos, a saber: dos filhos de Arão, da família dos coatitas, porque a eles caiu a sorte.

54Now these {are} their dwelling places throughout their castles in their coasts, of the sons of Aaron, of the families of the Kohathites: for theirs was the lot.

55Deram-lhes, pois, a Hebrom, na terra de Judá, e os arrabaldes que a rodeiam.

55And they gave them Hebron in the land of Judah, and the suburbs thereof round about it.

56Porém o território da cidade e as suas aldeias deram a Calebe, filho de Jefoné.

56But the fields of the city, and the villages thereof, they gave to Caleb the son of Jephunneh.

57E aos filhos de Arão deram as cidades de refúgio: Hebrom e Libna e os seus arrabaldes, e Jatir e Estemoa e os seus arrabaldes.

57And to the sons of Aaron they gave the cities of Judah, {namely}, Hebron, {the city} of refuge, and Libnah with her suburbs, and Jattir, and Eshtemoa, with their suburbs,

58E Hilém, e os seus arrabaldes, Debir e os seus arrabaldes,

58And Hilen with her suburbs, Debir with her suburbs, {Hilen: or, Holon}

59E Asã e os seus arrabaldes, e Bete-Semes e os seus arrabaldes.

59And Ashan with her suburbs, and Bethshemesh with her suburbs: {Ashan: or, Ain}

60E da tribo de Benjamim, Geba e os seus arrabaldes, Alemete e os seus arrabaldes, e Anatote e os seus arrabaldes; todas as suas cidades, pelas suas famílias, foram treze.

60And out of the tribe of Benjamin; Geba with her suburbs, and Alemeth with her suburbs, and Anathoth with her suburbs. All their cities throughout their families {were} thirteen cities. {Alemeth: or, Almon}

61Mas os filhos de Coate, que restaram da sua família, tiveram, por sorte, dez cidades da meia tribo de Manassés.

61And unto the sons of Kohath, {which were} left of the family of that tribe, {were cities given} out of the half tribe, {namely, out of} the half {tribe} of Manasseh, by lot, ten cities.

62E os filhos de Gérson, segundo as suas famílias, tiveram treze cidades da tribo de Issacar, e da tribo de Aser, e da tribo de Naftali e da tribo de Manassés, em Basã.

62And to the sons of Gershom throughout their families out of the tribe of Issachar, and out of the tribe of Asher, and out of the tribe of Naphtali, and out of the tribe of Manasseh in Bashan, thirteen cities.

63Os filhos de Merari, segundo as suas famílias, tiveram, por sorte, doze cidades da tribo de Rúben, e da tribo de Gade, e da tribo de Zebulom.

63Unto the sons of Merari {were given} by lot, throughout their families, out of the tribe of Reuben, and out of the tribe of Gad, and out of the tribe of Zebulun, twelve cities.

64Assim os filhos de Israel deram aos levitas estas cidades e os seus arrabaldes.

64And the children of Israel gave to the Levites {these} cities with their suburbs.

65E deram-lhes por sorte estas cidades, da tribo dos filhos de Judá, da tribo dos filhos de Simeão, e da tribo dos filhos de Benjamim, às quais deram os seus nomes.

65And they gave by lot out of the tribe of the children of Judah, and out of the tribe of the children of Simeon, and out of the tribe of the children of Benjamin, these cities, which are called by {their} names.

66E quanto ao mais das famílias dos filhos de Coate, se lhes deram, da tribo de Efraim as cidades dos seus termos.

66And {the residue} of the families of the sons of Kohath had cities of their coasts out of the tribe of Ephraim.

67Porque lhes deram as cidades de refúgio, Siquém e os seus arrabaldes, nas montanhas de Efraim, como também Gezer e os seus arrabaldes,

67And they gave unto them, {of} the cities of refuge, Shechem in mount Ephraim with her suburbs; {they gave} also Gezer with her suburbs,

68E Jocmeão e os seus arrabaldes, Bete-Horom e os seus arrabaldes,

68And Jokmeam with her suburbs, and Bethhoron with her suburbs,

69E Aijalom e os seus arrabaldes, Gate-Rimom e os seus arrabaldes.

69And Aijalon with her suburbs, and Gathrimmon with her suburbs:

70E da meia tribo de Manassés, Aner e os seus arrabaldes, e Bileã e os seus arrabaldes; estas cidades tiveram os que ficaram da família dos filhos de Coate.

70And out of the half tribe of Manasseh; Aner with her suburbs, and Bileam with her suburbs, for the family of the remnant of the sons of Kohath.

71Os filhos de Gérson tiveram, da família da meia tribo de Manassés, Golã, em Basã, e os seus arrabaldes, e Astarote e os seus arrabaldes.

71Unto the sons of Gershom {were given} out of the family of the half tribe of Manasseh, Golan in Bashan with her suburbs, and Ashtaroth with her suburbs:

72E da tribo de Issacar, Quedes e os seus arrabaldes, e Daberate e os seus arrabaldes.

72And out of the tribe of Issachar; Kedesh with her suburbs, Daberath with her suburbs,

73E Ramote e os seus arrabaldes, e Aném e os seus arrabaldes.

73And Ramoth with her suburbs, and Anem with her suburbs:

74E da tribo de Aser, Masal e os seus arrabaldes, e Abdom e os seus arrabaldes,

74And out of the tribe of Asher; Mashal with her suburbs, and Abdon with her suburbs,

75E Hucoque e os seus arrabaldes, e Reobe e os seus arrabaldes.

75And Hukok with her suburbs, and Rehob with her suburbs:

76E da tribo de Naftali, Quedes, em Galiléia, e os seus arrabaldes, Hamom e os seus arrabaldes e Quiriataim e os seus arrabaldes.

76And out of the tribe of Naphtali; Kedesh in Galilee with her suburbs, and Hammon with her suburbs, and Kirjathaim with her suburbs.

77Os que ficaram dos filhos de Merari tiveram, da tribo de Zebulom, a Rimom e os seus arrabaldes, a Tabor e os seus arrabaldes.

77Unto the rest of the children of Merari {were given} out of the tribe of Zebulun, Rimmon with her suburbs, Tabor with her suburbs:

78E dalém do Jordão, na altura de Jericó, ao oriente do Jordão, da tribo de Rúben, a Bezer, no deserto, e os seus arrabaldes, e a Jaza e os seus arrabaldes,

78And on the other side Jordan by Jericho, on the east side of Jordan, {were given them} out of the tribe of Reuben, Bezer in the wilderness with her suburbs, and Jahzah with her suburbs,

79E a Quedemote e os seus arrabaldes, e a Mefaate e os seus arrabaldes.

79Kedemoth also with her suburbs, and Mephaath with her suburbs:

80E da tribo de Gade, a Ramote, em Gileade, e os seus arrabaldes, e Maanaim e os seus arrabaldes,

80And out of the tribe of Gad; Ramoth in Gilead with her suburbs, and Mahanaim with her suburbs,

81E a Hesbom e os seus arrabaldes, e a Jazer e os seus arrabaldes.

81And Heshbon with her suburbs, and Jazer with her suburbs.
