1E quanto aos filhos de Arão, estas foram as suas divisões: os filhos de Arão: Nadabe, Abiú, Eleazar e Itamar.

1Now {these are} the divisions of the sons of Aaron. The sons of Aaron; Nadab, and Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.

2E morreram Nadabe e Abiú antes de seu pai, e não tiveram filhos; e Eleazar e Itamar administravam o sacerdócio.

2But Nadab and Abihu died before their father, and had no children: therefore Eleazar and Ithamar executed the priest's office.

3E Davi, com Zadoque, dos filhos de Eleazar, e Aimeleque, dos filhos de Itamar, dividiu-os segundo o seu ofício no seu ministério.

3And David distributed them, both Zadok of the sons of Eleazar, and Ahimelech of the sons of Ithamar, according to their offices in their service.

4E acharam-se muito mais chefes dos pais entre os filhos de Eleazar do que entre os filhos de Itamar, quando os repartiram; dos filhos de Eleazar dezesseis chefes das casas paternas, mas dos filhos de Itamar, segundo as casas paternas, oito.

4And there were more chief men found of the sons of Eleazar than of the sons of Ithamar; and {thus} were they divided. Among the sons of Eleazar {there were} sixteen chief men of the house of {their} fathers, and eight among the sons of Ithamar according to the house of their fathers.

5E os repartiram por sortes, uns com os outros; porque houve governadores do santuário e governadores da casa de Deus, assim dentre os filhos de Eleazar, como dentre os filhos de Itamar.

5Thus were they divided by lot, one sort with another; for the governors of the sanctuary, and governors {of the house} of God, were of the sons of Eleazar, and of the sons of Ithamar.

6E Semaías, filho de Natanael, o escrivão dentre os levitas, os registrou perante o rei, e os príncipes, e Zadoque, o sacerdote, e Aimeleque, filho de Abiatar, e os chefes dos pais entre os sacerdotes, e entre os levitas; dentre as casas dos pais tomou-se uma para Eleazar, e outra para Itamar.

6And Shemaiah the son of Nethaneel the scribe, {one} of the Levites, wrote them before the king, and the princes, and Zadok the priest, and Ahimelech the son of Abiathar, and {before} the chief of the fathers of the priests and Levites: one principal household being taken for Eleazar, and {one} taken for Ithamar. {principal...: Heb. house of the father}

7E saiu a primeira sorte a Jeoiaribe, a segunda a Jedaías,

7Now the first lot came forth to Jehoiarib, the second to Jedaiah,

8A terceira a Harim, a quarta a Seorim,

8The third to Harim, the fourth to Seorim,

9A quinta a Malquias, a sexta a Miamim,

9The fifth to Malchijah, the sixth to Mijamin,

10A sétima a Hacoz, a oitava a Abias,

10The seventh to Hakkoz, the eighth to Abijah,

11A nona a Jesua, a décima a Secanias,

11The ninth to Jeshua, the tenth to Shecaniah,

12A undécima a Eliasibe, a duodécima a Jaquim,

12The eleventh to Eliashib, the twelfth to Jakim,

13A décima terceira a Hupa, a décima quarta a Jesebeabe,

13The thirteenth to Huppah, the fourteenth to Jeshebeab,

14A décima quinta a Bilga, a décima sexta a Imer,

14The fifteenth to Bilgah, the sixteenth to Immer,

15A décima sétima a Hezir, a décima oitava a Hapizes,

15The seventeenth to Hezir, the eighteenth to Aphses,

16A décima nona a Petaías, a vigésima a Jeezquel,

16The nineteenth to Pethahiah, the twentieth to Jehezekel,

17A vigésima primeira a Jaquim, a vigésima segunda a Gamul,

17The one and twentieth to Jachin, the two and twentieth to Gamul,

18A vigésima terceira a Delaías, a vigésima quarta a Maazias.

18The three and twentieth to Delaiah, the four and twentieth to Maaziah.

19O ofício destes no seu ministério era entrar na casa do Senhor, segundo lhes fora ordenado por Arão seu pai, como o Senhor Deus de Israel lhe tinha mandado.

19These {were} the orderings of them in their service to come into the house of the LORD, according to their manner, under Aaron their father, as the LORD God of Israel had commanded him.

20E do restante dos filhos de Levi: dos filhos de Anrão, Subael; dos filhos de Subael, Jedias.

20And the rest of the sons of Levi {were these}: Of the sons of Amram; Shubael: of the sons of Shubael; Jehdeiah. {Shubael: also called, Shebuel}

21Quanto a Reabias: dos filhos de Reabias, Issias era o primeiro;

21Concerning Rehabiah: of the sons of Rehabiah, the first {was} Isshiah.

22Dos izaritas, Selomote; dos filhos de Selomote, Jaate;

22Of the Izharites; Shelomoth: of the sons of Shelomoth; Jahath. {Shelomoth: also called, Shelomith}

23E dos filhos de Hebrom, Jerias o primeiro, Amarias o segundo, Jaaziel o terceiro, Jecameão o quarto;

23And the sons {of Hebron}; Jeriah {the first}, Amariah the second, Jahaziel the third, Jekameam the fourth.

24Dos filhos de Uziel, Mica; dos filhos de Mica, Samir;

24{Of} the sons of Uzziel; Michah: of the sons of Michah; Shamir.

25O irmão de Mica, Issias; dos filhos de Issias, Zacarias;

25The brother of Michah {was} Isshiah: of the sons of Isshiah; Zechariah.

26Os filhos de Merari, Mali e Musi; dos filhos de Jaazias, Beno;

26The sons of Merari {were} Mahli and Mushi: the sons of Jaaziah; Beno.

27Os filhos de Merari: de Jaazias, Beno, e Soão, e Zacur, e Ibri;

27The sons of Merari by Jaaziah; Beno, and Shoham, and Zaccur, and Ibri.

28De Mali, Eleazar; e este não teve filhos.

28Of Mahli {came} Eleazar, who had no sons.

29Quanto a Quis: dos filhos de Quis, Jerameel;

29Concerning Kish: the son of Kish {was} Jerahmeel.

30E os filhos de Musi: Mali, e Eder, e Jerimote; estes foram os filhos dos levitas, segundo as suas casas paternas.

30The sons also of Mushi; Mahli, and Eder, and Jerimoth. These {were} the sons of the Levites after the house of their fathers.

31Estes também lançaram sortes como seus irmãos, os filhos de Arão, perante o rei Davi, e Zadoque, e Aimeleque, e os chefes das famílias entre os sacerdotes e entre os levitas; assim fizeram, tanto os pais principais como os irmãos menores.

31These likewise cast lots over against their brethren the sons of Aaron in the presence of David the king, and Zadok, and Ahimelech, and the chief of the fathers of the priests and Levites, even the principal fathers over against their younger brethren.
