1Oremos também nós pelos que estão em alguma transgressão, para que lhes seja concedida mansidão e humildade, de modo que cedam não a nós, mas à vontade de Deus.

1Let us also pray for those who are in any transgression, that meekness and humility be granted them, so that they may yield not to us, but to the will of God.

2Porque assim terão uma lembrança frutífera e perfeita diante de Deus e dos santos, com compaixão.

2For thus they will have a fruitful and perfect remembrance before God and the saints, with compassion.

3Recebamos correção, pela qual ninguém deveria se irritar, amados.

3Let us receive correction, at which no one should be irritated, beloved.

4A admoestação que fazemos uns aos outros é boa e extremamente útil; porque nos une à vontade de Deus.

4The admonition we make to one another is good and extremely useful; for it unites us to the will of God.
